Strawberry Pick'n Fun

Dylan and I joined some friends and went Strawberry Picking. We had a great time!

When I put Dylan down he immediately started to work- picking and eating the strawberries!

He sat in the field the whole time yelling "Momma!" So cute! :)

Our Strawberries... As Dylan would say: "Mmmm".

G-R-A-D-U-A-T-I-O-N!!

He did it! Christian graduated from Harvard Law School on June 4th. We could not be more proud and appreciative of all of his HARD work and sacrifices!

A future Harvard grad?

My view of the ceremony. :) You would think that one of the wealthiest institutions would be able to afford a nice place, where you can actually see, to host graduation...

Our days on Shaler Lane are quickly coming to end. :( We have LOVED being out here in Cambridge and will miss it so much!!

We Love Our LIttle Monkey!

Every MONKEY loves the outdoors.

Every MONKEY likes to say "EE-EE , AW-AW"

Every MONKEY loves to climb.

Every MONKEY loves a good banana!

Every MONKEY loves to stuff a banana into his mouth until he chokes!

Every MONKEY loves to make a good mess!

Longfellow Park Chapel

On our way home from the Lake all of the roads that we needed to take to get to our street were blocked off. We had to take a detour and as we got closer to home fire trucks were everywhere with their hoses out. As we drove past a street we saw what all the commotion was about. The chapel down the street from our house was on fire. :( We actually don't attend this building, even though it is like two blocks from our house, the single wards go there, but we would have been there that day since they were having stake conference. Most of our ward activities were held at this building.

** So I realize that these are not the best pictures... they're from my phone **

Dylan didn't get was going on. He just loved watching all the people.

Everyone was lined up in a line passing books that the firefighters were able to save and were brought out on stretchers. They were passing the books to the Quaker Church that is just across the cul-de-sac.

The building is completely gone. Notice how you can see the sky through the window because the roof is gone. :(

The steeple is no longer on the church. It was taken down two days later.

And I must add that JENNIFER GARNER and BEN AFFLECK live at the end of this cul-de-sac that the church is on and Jennifer was out watching the fire with her daughter. Of course she came out right after we left! :( My friend even got a picture with her!

Lake Winnipesaukee

We decided to have one last get together with friends before everyone started off on their separate ways. We rented a lake house on Lake Winnispesaukee. The views were breathtaking -- wish we actually took pictures to prove it. :)

Dylan and Christian on a hike -- I was back at the house taking a nap :)

Some of the girls playing the Babysitters Club board game. Too fun!

Dylan was exhausted after a long weekend. :)

We are so grateful for the friends we have made out here! They have made our Harvard experience amazing! We're going to miss each of them!

Beach Day! :)

Last week we had some amazing weather. On Saturday we decided to go try out the beach on the East Coast. It was a beautiful day! Dylan absolutely loved it! ~ He was nervous of the sand at first but it didn't take him long to be covered all over in it :)

He is really becoming a big boy these days. He loves the dirt, sticks and rocks! I'm trying my best to let him be a boy and get dirty :)

We had such a great time on Saturday that we decided to go again with friends on Tuesday. It ended up being 93 degrees! I think I know what we'll be doing all summer...
